A Renovated Estate

This estate had everything, but nothing was where it should be for entertaining. The kitchen was removed from the living room and an overgrown pergola hid the view of the pool from the home. Our design removed a load bearing wall and introduced two kitchen islands so that the new home could comfortably host 4 for dinner or 40 for fireworks. The primary suite, stair halls, and bathrooms were also modernized to compliment the updated style.
