A Modern Makeover

This renovation focused on elevating the kitchen, primary bathroom, and primary closet by blending luxury with intentional design. The kitchen was transformed with a paneled refrigerator for a seamless, custom look, a striking waterfall island featuring luxurious stone, and revitalized cabinets that retained their classic charm. Modern built-ins and a sleek precast stone fireplace from Carolina Architectural Precast replaced the traditional wood mantel, creating a clean, minimalist focal point. The primary bathroom was designed for wellness and luxury, with a Brizo steam shower, sophisticated marble countertops, and carefully chosen tile and stone details, creating a spa-like atmosphere. The primary closet was reimagined for maximum functionality, incorporating lit cabinets, elegant hardware pulls, plush carpeting, and a crystal light fixture to enhance both comfort and glamour. Throughout, the design blended modern, high-end elements with timeless features to create a cohesive, customized aesthetic that elevated the overall home experience.
