STEPHEN GROTZ RA, MArch, NCARB
Founder
Stephen knew architecture was his calling after he designed a home for his first grade teacher as a thank you for taking him to space in a cardboard spaceship. Twenty five years later, he has studied architecture at the University of Virginia and UNC Charlotte, worked with Ruard Veltman Architecture and Buccellato Design (now know as Schafer Buccellato Architects), and started a new design department for Simonini Homes in Charlotte, NC. When Stephen is not working, he is traveling or cooking with his young family.
Stephen is dedicated to serving his community and clients. Since the completion of his Eagle Project in 2012, he continues to complete at least one ‘Eagle Project’ every year for his community using his skills and passion.
