A New Pool Pavilion

The homeowners desired to have a new pool that felt like it was nestled into a private courtyard since the home overlooked a golf course. We carefully crafted a new pavilion and expanded the existing dining room to create the new pool and courtyard in this private oasis. A covered ally connects the pool to the home’s family entry to create an impressive reveal of the pool and the view without trekking through the home. The new addition in Waxhaw, NC hosts a garage, family room, pool bathroom, and a guest suite upstairs.
