From the moment you approach this home, you can feel the warm welcoming of the family who are always hosting a friend, party, or fostering a dog. The original plan of the home was broken up into separate rooms each only big enough for one or two guests. The new plan removed a load bearing wall and relocated the dining room to be adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen conceals hidden doors to a large pantry and the wet bar and cigar room. This was a labor of love for the homeowner and design team and the project was featured in the Home Design & Decor Magazine (article starts on page 66).
