After a consultation, hand sketched plans and elevations are developed to convey a broad idea that portrays the project you have only previously experienced in your dreams.

Once the size, scope and style of your project are well defined, the plans get more detailed. Your dream transforms from a static 2D image to a dynamic 3D walk through of your project.

At this stage of the project, the technical drawings and selections are made. The focus shifts away from the size and layout to the materials you will touch bringing your dream to life.

The permit is pulled by your contractor, and the site becomes messy for the foreseeable future. Sometimes we find surprises or we make last second changes that require attention. But most important, when the dust settles and you wake up from your dream, the architect makes sure your dream comes true despite whatever hurdles arise.
